If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in the past 30 days, we start with a deep clean so your recurring visits can keep it that way.

Discounts off the first standard cleaning rate: weekly 20%, every other week 15%, every 4 weeks 5%.
Every recurring plan includes the same full checklist. Only the frequency changes.
What we don't do
For safety and insurance reasons, these tasks aren't part of any service:
- Biohazard cleanup (blood, bodily fluids, heavy mold, animal waste)
- Organizing or clearing heavy clutter
- Washing walls
- Anything higher than a 2-ft step ladder and extension pole can reach
- Cleaning light bulbs or fragile light fixtures
- Lifting items heavier than 40 lbs
- Exterior windows (we are happy to refer you to a window specialist)
