The property must be empty. Our team should be the last ones in before you hand the keys to your landlord, property manager or agent.
What we don't do
For safety and insurance reasons, these tasks aren't part of any service:
- Biohazard cleanup (blood, bodily fluids, heavy mold, animal waste)
- Organizing or clearing heavy clutter
- Washing walls
- Anything higher than a 2-ft step ladder and extension pole can reach
- Cleaning light bulbs or fragile light fixtures
- Lifting items heavier than 40 lbs
- Exterior windows (we are happy to refer you to a window specialist)
